As we usher in the summer, it’s time to look back on a month that was as vibrant as the season itself. This month was a whirlwind of excitement, growth, and transformation for us at EraLend. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve achieved together.
Major Milestones 🎯
Our community has skyrocketed in May. Our Twitter followers surged past 130,000, like stars in a galaxy, and our Discord members reached an astonishing 85,000. We’ve also seen our Total Value Locked (TVL) hit an all-time high of $5.5 million. Most importantly, we’re now a cosmic family of over 120,000 EraNauts! These numbers are a testament to our community’s unwavering support and belief in our mission to explore the zkSync cosmos.
1. The Dawn of a New Era in Lending EraLend 🌅
In May, we embarked on a new journey as we evolved from Nexon Finance to EraLend. This decision marked a significant milestone in our journey since June 2022 and signifies an all-round upgrade of the project — from the crew to the ship, from the resources to our fellow EraNauts, everything is geared towards exploring the zkSync anew.
The shift to EraLend reflects our unwavering commitment to the zkSync Era ecosystem and our firm belief in its transformative power. As we continue to grow and evolve, our core mission remains steadfast: to provide zkSync users with a safe, efficient, and productive lending infrastructure.
2. The Birth of $ERL 🐣
We’re thrilled to announce our new token ticker: $ERL. As we focus on building the project, we’re also preparing for our Token Generation Event (TGE), which will be another milestone moment for us.
3. Welcoming New Crew Members 👥
We’ve expanded our team in May by welcoming experienced and resource-rich individuals who will lead EraLend into a new phase. We’re beyond thrilled to have them onboard.
4. Partnerships and Collaborations 🤝
We’ve forged new partnerships this month with Syncswap, OKX Wallet, and Hue NFT, further expanding our reach and influence within the zkSync ecosystem. We also had a productive Twitter Space with zkSync official team members, exploring the role and significance of DeFi in the zkSync ecosystem. Rest assured, we’re actively seeking more partners to co-build the zkSync ecosystem and amplify our voice and visibility.
